Egg & Bacon Cups
Soft farm fresh eggs, encased in full bodied bacon, topped with creamy cheese and baked until golden.
Ingredients
6 bacon Rashers
6 eggs
50g grated cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
chili flakes
salt & pepper
Method
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees Lightly oil 6 muffin cups.
Wrap bacon inside each cup.
Crack the egg into the bacon cup, top with grated cheese and seasonings.
Bake in the oven for 20ish mins until cooked…that’s it!
Serves: 6 . Prep: 5 mins . Cook: 20 mins
