Blackberry & Vanilla Linseed Pudding with Video

Sweet blackberries together with cinnamon and vanilla make this this a delightfully light but delicious dish, with the added benefit of healthy oils from the linseeds and the probiotics from the ‘live’ yoghurt…a win win dish!

8 tbsp. ground linseeds (flax seeds)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 ½ cups (700g) ‘probiotic’ rich yoghurt
2 tbsp. raw honey*
1 cup (150g) blackberries, frozen

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz briefly.

Divide the mixture equally between 4 glasses and garnish with fruit, nuts and seeds, or Grain Free Granola for a decadent crunch!

Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
